M.E.L.C. ist ein Rechenhilfsmittel, das aus Ihren Eingaben Ablaufdaten nach den Kategorien A, B, C und D einer Minimum Equipment List ermittelt. Die App ersetzt weder die gültige MEL/MMEL noch die Unterlagen und Verfahren Ihres Luftfahrtunternehmens, Ihres Instandhaltungsbetriebs oder die Vorgaben der zuständigen Luftfahrtbehörde. Sie trifft keine Entscheidung über die Lufttüchtigkeit und ist kein zugelassenes Instandhaltungswerkzeug.
Maßgeblich sind allein die jeweils gültigen offiziellen Unterlagen. Prüfen Sie jedes berechnete Datum vor der Verwendung eigenverantwortlich anhand dieser Unterlagen – insbesondere Kategorien, Fristen, Zählweise (Kalendertage, Flugstunden, Zyklen), Sonderregelungen und Verlängerungen. Die in der App einstellbaren Kategorien müssen Sie selbst korrekt an Ihre Vorgaben anpassen.
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit, nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz sowie im Umfang einer übernommenen Garantie. Bei leicht fahrlässiger Verletzung einer Pflicht, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrags überhaupt erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung Sie regelmäßig vertrauen dürfen, ist unsere Haftung auf den bei Vertragsschluss vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden begrenzt. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung für leichte Fahrlässigkeit ausgeschlossen. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte, insbesondere nach §§ 327 ff. BGB, bleiben unberührt.

M.E.L.C. is a calculation aid that determines expiry dates according to categories A, B, C and D of a Minimum Equipment List based on your input. The app does not replace the applicable MEL/MMEL, the documents and procedures of your operator or maintenance organisation or the requirements of the competent aviation authority. It does not make any decision on airworthiness and is not an approved maintenance tool.
Only the applicable official documents are authoritative. Verify every calculated date on your own responsibility against these documents before use – in particular categories, time limits, counting method (calendar days, flight hours, cycles), special provisions and extensions. You must adjust the configurable categories in the app correctly to your requirements yourself.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee given. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time the contract was concluded. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
