I take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. This statement applies to my mobile apps (hereinafter "APP").

This statement explains the type, purpose and scope of data collection in connection with the use of the APP. I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

2. Data Collection by the Apps

Most of my apps do not collect personal data themselves. However, data may be collected through the use of advertising in some apps. This includes:

• IP address
• Device identifier (specifically for advertising)
• MAC address (network card)

3. Contact Form on the Website

When using the contact form on this website, the following data is collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Message content
• Selected app
• Date of inquiry

This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. The data is stored until your inquiry has been completely processed and then deleted, unless there are statutory retention obligations.

4. Storage Period of Personal Data

Since most apps do not collect data themselves, there is no storage period by the apps. Data from the contact form is deleted after processing is complete.

5. Legal Basis

The processing of data from the contact form is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

6. Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses HTTPS encryption. This means that data you submit via the contact form is transmitted in encrypted form.

7. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Information about your stored personal data
• Correction of incorrect data
• Deletion of your data
• Restriction of data processing
• Data portability
• Object to data processing

For data processed by advertising via Google, I refer to the Google Privacy Policy. There you can assert your rights directly.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

I reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time in compliance with statutory requirements.
